🕒 Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, in original packaging)

Include all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label or return instructions.
💰 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
⚠️ Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to our error, defective, or damaged products.
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with processing returns.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

🔁 Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
