🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders (e.g., during holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer shipping across the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Free shipping may be available for promotional offers or qualifying orders.


🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please note:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

⚠️ Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us with photos within 7 days of delivery — we’ll assist in filing a claim.


🏠 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
